Public Relations/Publicity
Job Title: Press Agent
Location: Las Vegas, NV, with travel to Los Angeles and New York
Description: You will be required to act as a publicist on behalf of TMG. You will provide information to the media such as upcoming public events, interview opportunities, and promotional dates, and will network with the media to develop mutually beneficial relationships. Furthermore, you will be required to generate and distribute press releases and video news releases to local and national media outlets.
Requirements:
- Must be a self-starter, able to perform with little supervision
- Familiar with working with newpapers and television media
- Must also be conversant with newer media forms such as blogs and podcasts
- Former music industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Four-year degree or commensurate experience
- Stellar interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Bi-lingual a plus
